Services We Provide
BridgeAccess Consulting LLC offers emotional intelligence programs for youth, leadership development sessions, life skills training, parent and family support, and school or community-based workshops. All services are educational and coaching-focused. We do not provide therapy or medical services through this website.
Eligibility
Our services are designed for youth ages 8–21, parents, guardians, schools, and community organizations. Parents or guardians must register minors for any paid service.
Payments and Billing
All payments must be completed before attending any session, class, or workshop. Pricing may change at any time. If a payment fails, access to services may be paused until payment is completed. Payments are processed securely through third-party processors, and we do not store full payment information.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the start of a session, workshop, or class cycle. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds, though a makeup session may be offered when available. If BridgeAccess Consulting LLC cancels a program, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Scheduling and Attendance
Participants are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Repeated no-shows may result in removal from a program without refund. Makeup sessions are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
Conduct and Safety
We strive to create a positive and supportive environment. All participants are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a session or program. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s conduct and safety during both virtual and in-person services.
Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, worksheets, program content, videos, designs, and branding belong to BridgeAccess Consulting LLC. These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for any other purpose without written permission.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect only the information needed to register for services, communicate with clients, and provide support. We do not sell personal information. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
BridgeAccess Consulting LLC is not responsible for emotional reactions experienced during workshops, technical issues during virtual sessions, or decisions made by participants or parents based on our coaching and educational content. Our services do not replace therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated ” date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
